About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing and commercially driven Learning Programmes Manager to lead our Tailored Learning portfolio.
The role is responsible for designing and delivering client-focused learning solutions, driving business growth, and ensuring world-class learning experiences aligned with evolving industry needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Client Development:
Develop and execute product and market strategies to drive revenue growth
Identify opportunities, lead proposals, negotiate, and close deals
Build and manage strong client relationships across sectors
Track performance against sales targets and ensure delivery of commercial objectives
Programme Design & Delivery:
Design and develop impactful, client-centric learning programmes
Conduct training needs assessments and align solutions to client objectives
Ensure delivery of high-quality, innovative, and globally competitive learning experiences.
Learning Experience & Innovation:
Deploy diverse learning methodologies and evaluate programme effectiveness
Provide data-driven insights to improve learning solutions and client outcomes
Benchmark global best practices to enhance competitiveness and innovation
Project & Team Leadership:
Oversee programme execution within timelines and budgets
Ensure effective billing, collections, and project delivery processes
Mentor and support team members to drive performance excellence.
Requirements
Education & Professional Qualification:
First degree in Social Sciences or related field
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
MBA/MSc is an added advantage
Experience & Skills:
5 - 7 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a similar role
Strong experience in learning solutions, training programmes, or consulting
Knowledge of Open Enrolment, Tailored Learning, or Corporate Programmes
Strong business development, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
