The successful candidate will leverage AI-powered learning tools, instructional design principles, and modern e-learning technologies to convert existing learning materials into interactive online courses while maintaining the LMS, monitoring learner progress, and generating learning analytics that support organizational development initiatives. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Education, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Psychology, Computer Science, Mass Communication, or a related field with 3-5 years experience in LMS administration, instructional design, e-learning development, or digital learning.
