​​​​​Key Responsibilities


Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new lease financing business across various industry sectors
Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and individual clients requiring equipment, vehicle, and asset financing solutions
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends in the leasing industry
Prepare compelling lease proposals, presentations, and financing packages tailored to client needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing from application to disbursement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
Provide regular market intelligence reports and competitor analysis to management
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in client acquisition activities
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and transactions in the company's system.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Financial Services (advantageous)
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the financial services, leasing, or banking sector
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.


Skills and Competencies:


Strong understanding of lease financing products, asset financing, and financial services
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial drive and results orientation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
