Duties at this level will include: Teaching and evaluating students; Preparing schemes of work, lesson notes and lesson plans; Assessing students in clinical areas; Guiding and counselling students on matters related to their academics; Supporting the design and development of instruments to assess health training needs; Developing guidelines for the evaluation of health teaching materials; Evaluating training programmes to determine their effectiveness and relevance; Implementing competence-based curriculum; Planning and organising continuing education programmes for health workers; and Conducting research in the area of specialisation and supervising students on research projects.
For appointment to this level a candidate must have; -
A Bachelor's degree in Health Records and Information Technology;
Been registered by Health Records and Information Management Board (HRIM Board);
Valid practicing license; and
Proficiency in Computer Applications.
