MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
B. Juris/ B. Proc/ LLB degree.
7 years legal advisory/ Litigation and/ or Court experience.
A driver's Licence.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
Admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
Prosecution experience in quasi-judicial proceedings/tribunals.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
Preparation and presentation of professional conduct matters to Professional Conduct Committees.
Conduct research and provide legal advice to Council, Professional Boards and their structures.
Provision of legal opinions and vetting of legal instruments/ documents.
