Duties and Responsibilities:
Filing legal documents in courts and tribunals
Maintaining legal registry and case files
Assisting in preparation and processing of legal documents
Managing court schedules and tracking case progress
Liaising with courts, advocates, and other stakeholders
Providing administrative support to legal officers
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, Candidates must have:
Diploma in Law, Paralegal Studies, or equivalent qualification
Registered as a court process server
Valid Practicing License
Proficiency in computer applications
Knowledge of court procedures and registry operations will be an added advantage.
