Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Transaction Management Provide legal support across projects, structure JV agreements, conduct due diligence, and manage contracts.
Corporate Structuring & Governance Manage corporate compliance, filings, and governance documentation.
Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Develop compliance systems and mitigate legal risks.
Contract Structuring & Commercial Advisory Draft and negotiate contracts with strong commercial protections.
Contract Enforcement & Receivables Management Track payments, follow up on receivables, issue demand notices, and manage debt recovery processes.
Administrative Oversight Supervise office systems, documentation, and vendor agreements.
Human Resources & Staff Compliance Draft employment contracts and advise on HR compliance matters.
Strategic & Business Support Support business growth through legal and commercial advisory services.
Qualifications
LLB + BL, 5 - 12 years experience, strong corporate-commercial and real estate background.
Key Performance Indicators Transaction success, compliance adherence, contract efficiency, and receivables recovery performance.

Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
