The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contracts, supporting legal documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance across company operations.

Key Responsibilities


Review, draft, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents Ensure all company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations Provide legal support to internal departments on business transactions Assist in managing legal risks and advising on mitigation strategies Maintain proper documentation and filing of legal records Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies where required Support dispute resolution and other legal processes when necessary Requirements Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B)
