We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Officer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Oversee title documentation, land regularization, and property registration processes.
Provide legal advisory support on all real estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and external solicitors.
Manage legal disputes, arbitration, and litigation processes.
Conduct due diligence on property acquisitions and partnerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B), BL; Master's in Law (LL.M) is an advantage.
Minimum of 8 years post-call experience, with at least 5 years in real estate law.
Membership in the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Nigerian property law, land documentation, and compliance.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
