Responsibilities:
Drafting and reviewing legal documents (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Managing emails and calendars
Organizing files in Dropbox
Communicating with clients in English
Proposing process improvements
Requirements:
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Proficiency in MS Word, G Suite, and Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Professionalism, discretion, and proactivity
Experience with electronic filing systems (PACER preferred)
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary
