Role objectives

Legal Compliance & Research


Conduct legal research on employment, corporate, and data protection laws in CTG's countries of operation.
Support compliance monitoring with local and international regulations, maintaining a centralised tracking overview.
Assist with entity registrations and legal setups in new jurisdictions, under the guidance of CTG's Senior Legal Counsel.


Contract Support


Draft, review, and update standard commercial and employment-related agreements (e.g. NDAs, service contracts, MoUs), using established templates and guidance.
Support contract review processes by identifying risks and issues for escalation to the Senior Legal Counsel.
Assist with the legal review of Request for Proposals, Request for Quotations and other tender documents.


Corporate Governance & Risk Support


Support administrative aspects of intellectual property and data privacy matters.
Track and draft renewals of leases, vendor contracts, and compliance filings to ensure deadlines are met.
Assist with dispute-related documentation and coordination with external counsel, as required.
Manage legal entity renewals and coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders as needed to keep CTG's global entities in good standing


Stakeholder Collaboration


Work closely with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to support day-to-day legal needs.
Respond to internal legal queries within defined scope and escalate complex matters as appropriate.


Administrative & Documentation Support


Support the completion of required administrative processes in Dubai, including attestations and related formalities.
Maintain and regularly update trackers related to legal activities and compliance.
Ensure the central SharePoint is populated in a timely manner with all legal documents, with the proper file names in line with CTG legal framework.


Project reporting


This role reports to the Senior Legal Counsel.


Key competencies


Bachelor's degree in Law (Company or Commercial Law [CR1.1][NC1.2]focus preferred). Solicitor/Bar certification (or equivalent) is an advantage but not required.
3 - 4 years of relevant legal experience in a corporate or commercial law setting. Experience supporting multinational or international organisations is desirable.
Exposure to fragile or conflict-affected contexts is an asset but not essential.
Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic and/or French is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Solid legal research and drafting capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Practical, solution-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

This role has no team management responsibilities.
