REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must possess a good Bachelor's degree and Master's Degree in Library Science from a recognized institution with three years cognate experience, or an approved degree plus post-graduate diploma in Library Studies with three years cognate experience and must be an Associate or Fellowship of a recognized Institute of Librarians.
