Pharmacists' overall responsibilities include dispensing medicines and nutritional supplements, counselling on medicine use, disease conditions management and preventive methods, supervising health care assistants and creating awareness of the pharmacy's products and services in the community.

The key responsibilities include:


Interpretation of prescription and dispensing of drugs accurately and according to the laws and ethics of the profession-
Ensure proper stock monitoring, including compilation and communication of out-of-stock list to appropriate handlers as well as ensuring rotation of stock using "FIFO" principle.
Verification of goods supplied for authenticity, quality, integrity and expiry date.
Team up with the Branch Manager to liaise with the Procurement Manager/Warehouse Manager for efficient and effective drug supply.
Maintaining an up to date customer database, chronic care medication patient list and knowledge of regular customers.
Prompt processing and follow up of special orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the Branch Manager in organizing and coordinating branch activities including handling of cash and stock.


Qualification & Requirements:


B.Pharm/Pharm D +
Valid PCN License & NYSC Discharge Certificate
Passion for patient care & excellence in service
Ability to thrive in a high-energy, professional retail setting


Terms, schedule and benefits


Competitive Salary: ₦261,000/month + Performance Bonus

Full-time position work 4 days per week (alternate days schedule)
Full-Time Night Pharmacist Package: Base salary + extended hours pay + stress allowance


Shift Structure:


Day: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Weekend: 22 hours total (8:00 AM - 9:00 PM)
Night: 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM (with premium pay)
