Salary: R156 113.64 (Post level 16)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Literacy at NQF level 1
Departmental proficiency test
1 year experience
KEY PERFORMANCES AREAS:
Prune trees on sidewalks and open spaces using chainsaws.
Collect and dispose of refuse (grass, litter, etc.).
Ensure that sidewalks are clean and neat. Help with other tasks as indicated by the supervisor.
Check for defects and report any to supervisor. Clean the machine.
Ensure proper use of machinery during cleaning and working operations.
Ensure that it is safe to operate the chainsaw machinery. Ensure wearing safety gear during working operations.
Ensure the safety of fellow workers when handling machinery.
