Requirements:
B.Sc/HND in a relevant discipline
2 - 7 years' experience in Microfinance, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services
Strong skills in loan generation, credit analysis, deposit mobilization, and loan recovery
Proven ability to achieve business targets and build quality customer relationships
Key Responsibilities:
Grow loan and deposit portfolios
Source and manage MSME clients
Conduct credit assessments and process loan applications
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timel loan recovery
