Loan Sales Officer at PalmPay

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and acquire new loan customers through field marketing and referrals
Promote and sell the bank's loan products to individuals and businesses
Conduct credit assessments and ensure proper documentation of loan applications
Follow up on loan disbursements and repayments
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Ensure compliance with the bank's credit policies and procedures
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business


Requirements:


Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline
Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or microfinance
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven with a passion for sales
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good knowledge of the local market and business environment

Salary: 70,000 - 100,000
