Join the Locaria Academy Graduate Program in Cairo, Egypt, and kickstart your career in the dynamic world of data, automation, and analytics. This six-month paid program is designed for motivated and ambitious graduates eager to gain hands-on experience, professional development, and a global perspective. You'll have the chance to work on impactful projects, learn from industry experts, and receive mentorship to help you grow both personally and professionally. As part of the sales team at the Locaria Academy Graduate Program, you will:
Learn about how the agency positions itself to enterprise customers, learn how we execute outbound and inbound demand generation campaigns, and see how presentations are put together to meet client requirements and multilingual marketing project briefs.
You will also:
Learn and Grow: through structured learning, hands-on projects, and expert-led training to accelerate your professional development.

We’re looking for ambitious graduates with:
A strong academic record and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for results.
A drive for continuous learning and professional growth.
You will need to be available to join in April 2025 when the programme begins.
This is a paid graduate programme offering $350 USD gross per month.
Our Recruitment Process:
The selection process will involve two stages:
Please submit your CV in English and answer the screening questions. All CV’s will go through a screening process and if successful we will contact the candidate and move through the following stages.
Stage One: A video submission interview where you’ll showcase your skills, motivations, and why you’re excited about joining Locaria Academy.
Stage Two: If successful, you’ll proceed to a final virtual interview, where you’ll meet some of our team managers. This may include an interview or an assessment center to evaluate your skills and fit for the programme.
