Overall purpose of the job
Reporting to the Health Centre Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative support and efficient management of front office operations.
Key responsibilities:
Registration of patients and verification of medical benefits.
Manage client appointments.
Billing and collection of revenue.
Generate periodic reports.
Requision and petty cash management.
Maintain pleasant front office environment.
Position requirements:
Diploma in a business related course.
Two(2) years of appropriate experiences in Front Office/ Reception operations.
Good customer service and people skills.
Self motivated and a team player.
Pleasant personality.
Excellent communication skills
