What you will do:
Handling logbook transfer task.
Calling the clients to transfer/discharge the logbooks and collect the logbooks at the branches.
Submit retrieval request through the task, retrieve the logbooks from the store.
Ensure all the transferred logbooks are dispatched to the branches for collections by the clients.
Ensure all the dispatched logbooks are uploaded on the app by the branches and the respective clients are contacted to pick the logbooks.
Ensure branches use the app to give away the logbooks and the clients accept the transfer process.
Ensure all walk-in clients are served on time.
Handle complaints for walk in customers related to logbooks and escalate to the relevant department if no solution.
Retrieve the logbooks for walk-in customers.
Ensure client's sign the logbook collection form and accept transfer before handing over the logbook.
What you will need:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant experience.
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
Fluent in English and Swahili.
