Responsible for helping the smooth running of the business by ensuring filing and documentation is kep up to date. Duties may include using specialist computer software and understanding the requirements of the business you are working in. You could also be required to be customer-facing - via email, phone, or face to face.1 year experience and diploma in business administartion


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


Maintain and adhere to the standard operating procedures (SOP's)
Financial month end reports - intransit, value report, accuracy analysis
Daily KPI's update
Assist with stock counts preparation and capturing
Reconciliation and recordkeeping of monthly expenses - stock, transport, outsourced services and pallets
Expenses and purchase order management
Pallet control
POD and documents Control
Internal Requisitions - generate and receipts
Create Internal Orders (to 3rd party warehouse)
Assist with running the shift if a need arises (morning shift)

Function - > 3 years' experience with operational exposure
