He/She reports locally to logistics manager and CFO, and also to CANAL+ Telecom headquarter Logistics manager
The position is based in Ibadan with frequent trips to Lagos and warehouses based in Ibadan and around Lagos.
Detailed function:
Stock management : responsible of stock accuracy
Register Inbound/Outbound
Organize material delivery to GVA technical teams in short time slot
Daily coordination with warehouse service provider
Organize and participate to stock counting
Follow up of defective stock and scrapping
Specific follow up for customer material in dedicated management software
Communicate internally about new inbound and stock level
Responsible of all documentation is properly registered
Imports : assistance and back up import coordinator on import process
Pre shipment administrative formalities such as form M
Control of Customs assessment (HS codes Knowledge)
Follow of payment for Duties and taxes and transportation
Daily coordination with service provider to save time and cost control
Material declaration to NCC
Archive of import files
Coordination with finance dept on invoicing
Coordination with headquarters on shipments
Fleet management : assistance and back up
administrative formalities on vehicles (licence, insurance...)
Fuel consumption follow up
Maintenance and repair follow up
Required profile and skills:
Intermediate Excel skills is a must (create and understand Vlook up or Sum if together; create pivot table)
2-year minimum experience in supply chain (warehouse, stock management with wide range of items)
Meticulous, appetence for technical products, good communication skills.
English native speaking, French would be appreciated
