Key Responsibilities:


Obtain commodities from client and calculate slots needed to execute contract.
Conduct slot planning on loading and offloading points.
Manage deviations on planning on a daily basis including breakdowns. disapproval of loads etc and adjust planning accordingly.
Responsible for the daily reporting of execution planning incidents to management.
Obtain timely and market-related quotations from subcontractors for clients including industry and competitor bench marking


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:


National Senior Certificate
Post-matric Qualification in Logistics/Cost Management will receive preference
At least 2 years relevant experience
