Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & E-commerce Operations Officer to oversee order fulfillment, delivery coordination, and online product management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations across logistics and customer experience while supporting inventory and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Review customer orders and plan, schedule, and coordinate delivery activities
Oversee daily delivery operations, providing guidance as needed
Track deliveries and resolve issues or delays promptly
Serve as the primary contact for customer delivery inquiries and concerns
Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare and maintain delivery records, reports, and documentation
Provide timely delivery status updates to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings
Maintain quality assurance standards in all customer interactions
Create and manage product listings (descriptions, pricing, images) on the website
Assist with stock counts and inventory reconciliation
Support weekly/monthly reporting on inventory, deliveries, and operations
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Two Sundays per month: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
(On those weeks, Sunday and Monday are off days)
Requirements
2 - 5 years' experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment
Strong knowledge of customer service best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven expertise in logistics and fulfillment operations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
High attention to detail
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
