Your role:

Reports to: Senior Logistics Associate


The role holder will support the day-to-day warehouse and dispatch operations by assisting with inventory management, order fulfillment, stock tracking, and delivery coordination.
The role provides hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations while contributing to accurate, efficient, and timely execution of operational activities in line with Tushop's policies and procedures.
The intern is expected to actively learn, take ownership of assigned tasks, and continuously develop the practical skills and knowledge required to support the logistics function effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist with receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing inventory in accordance with established procedures.
Support inventory management by conducting stock counts, recording stock movements, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Assist in preparing customer orders by picking, packing, and dispatching products accurately and within the required timelines.
Support the coordination and monitoring of deliveries, maintain relevant logistics documentation, and report any delays or operational issues.
Conduct quality checks on products during receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch, and promptly escalate any quality or inventory concerns.
Update inventory and logistics information in the relevant systems and prepare basic operational reports as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance warehouse organization, inventory control, and logistics processes.
Perform any other duties as assigned to support the effective and efficient operation of the logistics function.











The profile we're likely to hire:


Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
