The ideal candidate would be responsible for:
Management of the Cold Store Warehouse and Distribution department while maintaining and increasing Efficiencies and Quality.
Managing Monthly expenses and budget for the department.
Management of a large diverse workforce.
Managing the factory shop.
The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
Must have relevant qualification in the management of Cold Stores and Logistics.
At least 5 years' management experience.
Preferable Production to Warehouse experience.
Must have good management, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem solving and planning skills.
Experience on LN would be an advantage.
Create, maintain and report professionally on the Logistical department workings.
Must be computer literate and a sound knowledge of Logistical and Warehouse
It is essential that the candidate have a passion for 20 keys and the implementation.
Must be prepared to work weekends and afterhours when required.
A tertiary qualification together with experience in FMCG environment would be an added advantage.
