Job Summary
We're looking for a logistics officer to join our Ogba branch and support our day-to-day shipping operations.

What You'll Do
Deliver items to the airport and ensure proper documentation of shipments.
Reconcile shipment weights and verify accuracy before dispatch.
Confirm items are securely packaged before drop-off.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain organised records of all customer interactions.
Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to clients and internal teams.
Prepare shipping documents with full accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
OND / HND / BSc in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
1 - 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight operations is an added advantage.
Good understanding of shipment documentation and airport procedures.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Able to work efficiently under pressure.
