To drive sales growth across Etema and Castrol automotive lubricants, trade channels, chemical products, and energy lubrication solutions by expanding distribution coverage, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market penetration across targeted sectors.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum Of 10 years' progressive experience within the lubricants, chemicals, energy, or related industrial sectors.
Demonstrated hands-on experience within the functional area applied for
Proven track record of delivering commercial growth, operational efficiency, and measurable performance outcomes
Strong leadership capability, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management expertise


Key Responsibilities


Executing sales strategies across assigned segments and territories
Expanding and optimizing route-to- market coverage
Managing distributor performance and channel development
Developing and growing key accounts within industrial and energy markets
Delivering volume, revenue, and margin targets
Ensuring disciplined field execution and market visibility
The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to translate strategic RTM plans into measurable results, strengthen competitive positioning, and deliver consistent sales performance across assigned portfolios.
