Our client, , is seeking a polished, customer-focused Luxury Sales & Customer Experience Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.
Role Objective
To provide a premium luxury customer experience while achieving sales targets, representing the brand professionally, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience:
Welcome and engage customers professionally in line with luxury retail standards.
Understand customer preferences and provide personalized fragrance recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently.
Sales & Revenue:
Drive in-store sales and consistently meet individual and store targets.
Upsell and cross-sell fragrances and related products.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Store Operations:
Maintain excellent product knowledge across all fragrance lines.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Support inventory control and stock replenishment.
Requirements
3 - 4years' experience in sales or customer service.
Retail experience is mandatory (luxury retail experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and professional appearance.
Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
