Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machines in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment.
Identify and report machine faults, breakdowns, or production issues promptly.
Ensure products meet quality standards and production targets.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Keep the work area clean and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Minimum of an OND, Trade Test, or equivalent qualification.
1 - 3 years of experience operating machines in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work in shifts and under minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
