Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor food processing or packaging machinery.
Ensure machines are properly set up for production runs.
Carry out regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
Detect and report mechanical faults or malfunctions.
Ensure compliance with company safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Accurately complete production logs and reports.
Collaborate with other team members to meet daily production targets.
Set up machine/equipment for operation.
Start machine/equipment and make adjustments to machine when necessary to improve performance.
Ensure all processes are done under strictGood Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / OND / Technical Certificate or its equivalent.
At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
Basic understanding of mechanical operations and machine maintenance.
Good attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work shifts, or extended hours if required.
Good Communication Skill, Attention to details, Analytical and numerical skills i.e. ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
