Job Purpose
To set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a production environment.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Machine Setup and Operation:
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle.
Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
Quality Control:
Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools.
Test operation of machines periodically.
Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and quality standards.
Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance to ensure machines are functioning correctly.
Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
Report any malfunctions or abnormalities to supervisors.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear).
Follow all company policies and procedures.
Documentation:
Maintain activity logs.
Record production and operational data.

Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a must
1-3 years' similar experience
Ability to communicate effectively
Good communication skills
Able to develop self & others
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
