Job Summary
We are seeking a Machine Operator Trainee to join our production team. The role is suited for candidates with technical training who are interested in building practical experience in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be trained to assist in operating production machinery used in the manufacture of packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
Learn the basic of the production cycle.
Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
Follow SOPs of production and the company.
Shadow the operator and learn from them.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
Requirements
TVET certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Technology, or a related technical field.
0 - 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Reliable, attentive, and safety conscious.
