Falcon is seeking an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to oversee the production of machined steel components, ensuring quality standards, efficient workflow, and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate will lead a motivated team, manage resources effectively, and maintain a safe and productive shop environment. This role requires a National Senior Certificate, a passed Turner trade test, and at least 5 years' experience in a production environment.
