Machinery Officer at Dangote

Job Summary

Machinery Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring total availability equipment for land preparation are ready in good working condition, organize manpower, labour & report to Land Development Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


Coordinate with HTMS for repairs, either by in-house maintenance staff or external service providers. Ensure that repairs are completed promptly and effectively to minimize production interruptions.
Follow up machine maintenance & Monitor machinery performance metrics such as uptime, efficiency, and output. Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize machinery performance.
Ensure daily fuel reservation & machinery operators follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely completion of Land preparation as instructed.
Identify machine challenges and implement measures to optimize machinery performance.


Educational Qualification and Work Experience


Shall hold the minimum of B. Sc. In Engineering
Any relevant Professional Certification is an added advantage.
Minimum 2-6 Years in Sugar Farm Machinery
