Job Summary

Machinery supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of machinery within a manufacturing or industrial environment, while prioritizing safety, compliance, and productivity.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


Coordinate machinery repairs, either by in-house maintenance staff or external service providers. Ensure that repairs are completed promptly and effectively to minimize production interruptions.
Monitor machinery performance metrics such as uptime, efficiency, and output. Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to optimize machinery performance.
The primary responsibility is to supervise machinery operators, ensuring that they follow safety protocols, operational procedures, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure timely completion of Land preparation as instructed.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience


Shall hold the minimum of National Diploma (ND)
Any relevant Professional Certification is an added advantage.
Minimum 4-6 Years in Land Development operations.
