Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance/Technical Supervisor/Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance and technical operations within the company.
The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership abilities, excellent technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in supervising maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring smooth operational performance.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and technical activities.
Ensure all machines, equipment, and facilities are functioning efficiently.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance when necessary.
Monitor technicians and maintenance staff to ensure quality performance.
Diagnose technical faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
Maintain proper records of repairs, servicing, and technical operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Manage technical emergencies and reduce equipment downtime.
Monitor inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
Report operational issues and maintenance updates to management.


Requirements


Relevant technical certifications or qualifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years proven experience in maintenance or technical management roles.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to supervise and manage a team effectively.
Good communication and leadership abilities.
Must be proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented.
