Job Summary
The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant equipment and machinery. This is a key role that requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of plant equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems, collaborating with production and other support teams as needed.
Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing downtime.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
Lead and participate in project teams to implement new equipment, processes, and technologies.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
Mentor and develop maintenance personnel to improve their skills and knowledge.
Educational Qualification and Work Experience
Shall hold the minimum of B-Tech/BE/BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Certifications like CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) or CMRT (Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician) are desirable.
Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial Setting.
