Bilnor Staffing Solutions' client is looking for two MAINTENANCE FOREMEN for their operations in Hotazel NC & Rustenburg, NWP.
**South African Citizens and those living with the area will be preferred**
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Artisan Trade Certificate Diesel Mechanic
4 years' experience in maintenance within a mining or heavy industrial environment.
Previous Management / Foreman experience
Valid driver's license
Duties:
Plan daily work schedules.
Assist mechanics with troubleshooting.
Supervise mechanics to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
Identify required spare parts and tools for each job.
Ensure job cards and related documentation are completed and submitted daily.
