Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of company facilities, equipment, and systems. The ideal candidate is organized, solutions-oriented, and committed to ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors.
Ensure facilities, equipment, and systems are operating efficiently.
Monitor maintenance schedules, budgets, and inventory of spare parts.
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, HND, OND, or relevant technical qualification.
Basic knowledge of facility, equipment, and building maintenance.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks.
Previous maintenance or technical experience is an advantage but not required.
