Overview
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, reliability, and performance of critical operational assets and heavy equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Plan and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Oversee maintenance of heavy equipment, pipelines, cranes, trenchless technology rigs, and auxiliary machinery.
Conduct inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and performance evaluations.
Manage equipment lifecycle, upgrades, and replacement planning.
Coordinate spare parts and consumables procurement.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, industry regulations, and maintenance standards.
Develop and enforce maintenance SOPs, conduct risk assessments, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Lead, supervise, and develop maintenance engineers, technicians, and contractors.
Manage maintenance budgets, monitor costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Education
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
8 - 10 years of maintenance experience in EPC, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years in a maintenance leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience managing heavy-duty construction and industrial equipment.
Strong knowledge of CMMS, Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Expertise in maintenance planning, asset management, equipment reliability, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
