Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance/Mechanical Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our factory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and availability of all plant machinery while minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency.
Lead and supervise the maintenance team to deliver on daily and long-term objectives.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement lasting solutions.
Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production and Operations teams to support seamless workflow.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8 - 12 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience managing maintenance teams and factory equipment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and industrial machinery.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
