Key Responsibilities
Overall supervision and maintenance of physical infrastructure
Carry out routine inspection on repairs on building that includes plumbing, carpentry, masonry, painting and electrical works.
Implement preventative maintenance schedule
Oversee University project, equipments, buildings and ensure proper use
Ensure facilities compliance with safety standards
Supervise and certify work of service providers, ensuring quality works and adhere to relevant regulations
Maintenance of building exterior, grounds, gardens, pathways and car parking
Maintenance of inventory of tools and equipment
Ensure proper sanitization standards and maintenance in the university
Coordinate regulatory environmental audits
Provide monthly reports to university management
Qualifications and skills
Diploma in Architectural engineering
Three years of work experience
