We are a leading company in the flexible packaging industry, seeking a proactive and highly analytical Management Accountant to support business performance and strategic decision-making. This role also encompasses inventory and warehouse oversight, ensuring smooth operations and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Management Reporting


Generate accurate and timely reports on inventory, dispatch, waste, stock valuation, consumption, and WIP. Provide clear insights and recommendations to management for informed decision‑making.


Database & Ledger Maintenance


Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records across general ledgers, inventory files, pricing data, purchases, reorder levels, and closing balance adjustments to ensure data integrity and financial compliance.


Cost Analysis & Cost Monitoring


Analyze cost structures across production, procurement, logistics, and administrative functions. Track actual costs versus budgets or standards, investigate variances, and present explanations and cost trends to management.


Waste Cost Analysis


Monitor all waste‑related costs—disposal, recycling, hazardous waste, and transport. Analyze generation trends, assess financial impact, identify inefficiencies, and highlight opportunities for waste cost reduction.


Supply Chain Performance Monitoring (KPIs & Dashboards)


Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to provide visibility into supply chain performance, highlight bottlenecks, track efficiencies, and identify areas requiring corrective action.


Data Integration & Financial Intelligence (BI & AI)


Integrate financial data into BI and AI systems; design dashboards; leverage predictive analytics; automate reporting processes; and translate digital insights into actionable strategies that enhance performance, efficiency, and profitability.


Inventory Monitoring & Control


Ensure accurate inventory valuation, strengthen stock controls, analyze inventory performance, and provide insights that optimize stock levels, reduce losses, and support compliant, efficient supply chain operations.


Warehouse & Stores Coordination


Strengthen stock controls and compliance, oversee and verify physical stock counts, monitor warehouse operating expenses, evaluate operational efficiency, and support safety, waste, and compliance initiatives within warehouse and stores operations.


Staff Training & Development


Train, guide, and supervise warehouse and stores staff on procedures, system usage, safety, and inventory control practices to ensure high operational standards and compliance.


Additional Duties


Carry out any other responsibilities assigned by management to support operational and financial objectives.


Key Requirements & Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA) preferred
Minimum 7 years experience in management accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial planning
Proven ability to analyze financial data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1), and MS Excel & Power BI
Strong skills in preparing and presenting management reports to senior leadership
Experience in manufacturing, preferably flexible packaging, is highly desirable
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks, train staff effectively, and meet tight deadlines
