Role Overview
A Management Trainee is an entry-level professional role designed to develop future leaders.
You will undergo structured training across different aspects of the business while gaining hands-on experience to prepare for supervisory or managerial positions.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in training sessions to understand company operations, products, and services
Assist in daily business activities across departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.)
Support senior team members in executing projects and tasks
Learn and apply business strategies to improve performance
Monitor and analyze basic performance metrics
Engage with customers/clients to build strong relationships
Prepare reports, presentations, and feedback on assigned tasks
Demonstrate leadership potential and teamwork.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc (any discipline)
Basic knowledge of business operations is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team.
