Prixair Group is recruiting to fill the position of: Manager, Customer Call Center. The position is located in Abuja (FCT). Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 per month. The successful candidate will manage the call center team, improve response systems, and ensure a consistently excellent customer experience that drives repeat business and strengthens the brand. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years experience in customer service or call center operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
