How You'll Make an Impact


We are looking for a skilled and proactive Manager - Cybersecurity to protect the company's critical infrastructure, software platforms, and client data. You will play a vital role in ensuring the security, integrity, and resilience of our grid management solutions against evolving cyber threats.
You will protect systems, networks, and data from security threats and vulnerabilities, implement security policies, standards, and best practices, monitors environments for suspicious activity and potential breaches, conduct risk assessments, penetration testing, and security audits, respond to incidents, leads mitigation and recovery efforts while ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry security requirements.
This role requires a proactive professional who gets into the systems, challenges assumptions, runs assessments, and drives tangible security improvements in real time.


What You'll Do

Security Operations & Monitoring


Ensure high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery capabilities
Monitor security systems, SIEM tools, and network traffic for threats and anomalies
Investigate and respond to security incidents, breaches, and vulnerabilities
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
Manage endpoint protection, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems


Security Architecture & Compliance


Design and implement security controls for cloud and on-premise infrastructure
Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR)
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation
Support security audits and certifications


Threat Intelligence & Risk Management


Stay current on emerging threats, attack vectors, and security trends
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to embed security into the SDLC (DevSecOps)
Lead security awareness training for employees
Develop and maintain incident response plans and playbooks
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness


Managerial Responsibilities


Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear goals, KPIs, and accountability standards
Manage team capacity, resource allocation, and delivery planning within approved budgets
Participate in annual planning and forecasting processes
Own hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and individual development plans
Ensure operational discipline, timely delivery, and quality standards
Identify and escalate resource or budget risks impacting delivery
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement


What We're Looking For

Professional & Technical Strengths


Experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related field
Strong knowledge of network security, cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), and endpoint protection
Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, or similar)
Proficiency in vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools
Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
Experience with identity and access management (IAM), MFA, and Zero Trust principles
