Manager: Grain at OVK - Group

Requirements:


Appropriate B degree or diploma in Agriculture;
5 years management experience;
10 years experience in the grain industry will be a recommendation;
Safex trading certificate will be a recommendation.


Skills:


Good understanding and knowledge of grain trading and operation of future markets;
Analyse management statement;
Good negotiation skills;
Good computer skills;
Good analytical accounting insight;
Business insight;
Good interpersonal skills;
Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English;
Margin management;
Budget management.


Responsibilities:


Strategic management of the OVK grain division;
Management of finances, customer service, personnel and market share;
Overall management of grain operation and marketing processes.
