Manage a large blue collar workforce by focusing on discipline, motivation, productivity enhancement, and fair treatment across all levels.
Ensure full compliance with Kenyan Labour Laws as well as statutory requirements and regulatory frameworks relevant to the industry.
Proactively address employee relations issues by managing grievances, disciplinary matters, and maintaining industrial harmony within multicultural teams.
Represent the organisation in discussions with labour offices, unions, government bodies, auditors, and other external stakeholders when required.
Design and implement comprehensive training programmes covering technical skills, leadership development, soft skills enhancement, and tailor made modules for different employee groups.
