Interested candidates should possess an HND, BSc Degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least five years in the Microfinance subsector covering operations, risk, and sales and must demonstrate strong strategic insight, a proven performance record, and a solid educational background, supported by extensive business and operational experience within a leading Microfinance Bank.
