Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, Master's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 12 years' post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role within the Insurance Brokerage Industry.
